Shipping and returns


Order products are shipped via courier services.

Delivery by courier takes place between 1-3 workdays in Greece and 5-9 workdays for rest of Europe.

The courier costs are charged when you fill out your order details.

After dispatching your order we send you the shipping number so that you can track your order.


You can cancel your order, free of charge, as long as your order has not been dispatched.


You have the right to return the goods you have purchased within 14 days, from the date of delivery (Article 4 (10) of hellenic Law 221/1994).

The shipping costs are charged to the sender.

In case of error or sending of incorrect merchandise or goods are defected  or missing an agreed status, you have the right to return them and ask for their replacement or refund. In case of use of the goods or the alteration of their original condition, the return shall not be accepted.

In addition, for all the above cases, the goods to be replaced / returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. In all the above cases, the goods to be replaced / returned must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, their packaging being the one that normally accompanies them and being in perfect condition, together with all the documents (eg DAT, Proof of Retail etc.). Before returning, it is advisable to have prior consultation with a representative of our Customer Service Department.

In all cases the return and replacement is possible within 14 days of receipt in accordance with article 4 par. 10 of Law 2.251 / 1994, the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents , proving the transaction (eg DAT, Retail and so on). We reserve the right not to accept refunds that do not comply with the General Return Policy and to refuse to refund the amount initially paid as compensation


Return the merchandise by enclosing your retail receipt (if you are a private person) or a shipping bill (if you are a company) within 14 days of
the date of issue of the invoice or proof.

We are not responsible for the parcels that may be lost on return before they arrive at us. That's why we recommend using
courier services for the return of parcels that provide a shipping code so we can always find the shipment.

 The value of the returned goods will be offset by the value of the goods to be replaced.

For any discrepancies in your order, please let us know immediately. Follow the Return process and send the order back to us at our own charge. Every replacement will be sent to you without any charge.
